Common plumbing scopes & pricing structure
We believe in transparent billing. A technician inspects the exact issue on site, tests the pressure and pipework, and gives you a firm quote before lifting any tool.
On-Site Call-Out & Inspection
AED 150
Includes dispatch across Dubai, fault diagnosis, and a detailed upfront quote. You approve the work before we begin.
Drain, Sink & Toilet Clearing
Quoted on site
Mechanical snake rodding, drain jetting, or P-trap clearance. Cost depends on blockage location and pipe run length.
Heater & Geyser Repair / Replacement
Quoted on site
Thermostat or heating element replacement, pressure valve fixes, or complete replacement of 50L/80L/100L Ariston/Milano units.
What affects the price of a repair
Every plumbing job is different, so we price each one after understanding the problem rather than quoting a flat rate that might not fit.

What is the AED 150 call-out charge?
It is the charge for a plumber coming to your property and checking the problem. Your plumber then tells you the price before any work starts.
Why is there a call-out charge?
A plumber usually has to see a blockage or leak to price it accurately. A call-out charge is standard for plumbers in Dubai.
Can you tell me the price before you come?
We can talk through the problem by phone or WhatsApp and advise you, but the exact price is given after the plumber has inspected it on site.
Do you charge more at night or on holidays?
Ask us when you call. Whatever the time, you will know the price before any work begins.
Will the final price change?
Not without your agreement. If the plumber finds something unexpected, we explain it and agree any change with you before carrying on.
