1. About these terms

These terms apply to plumbing and drain services provided by Drain Care Dubai ("we", "us") at 38 22nd St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a service through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

2. Call-out charge and price

A call-out charge of AED 150 applies when a plumber visits your property to inspect the problem.

After inspecting the problem, we tell you the price of the repair. No repair work starts until you agree to that price.

3. Changes during the job

If we find something during the job that changes the work or the price, we explain it and ask for your agreement before carrying on. You may decline additional work; you will then pay only for the work already agreed and completed.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will confirm the accepted payment methods when you book.

5. Access and your responsibilities

Please give our plumber safe access to the work area and tell us about anything that may affect the job, such as known leaks, previous repairs or building management rules.

If you live in a managed building, you are responsible for any permissions needed from building management or your landlord, unless we agree to arrange them.

6. Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment. If a plumber has already arrived at your property, the call-out charge may still apply.

7. Our guarantee

Our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with work we have carried out, tell us as soon as possible and we will come back to inspect it and put right any problem caused by our workmanship.

The guarantee does not cover existing faults we were not asked to repair, damage caused by misuse, or work later altered by someone else. Parts are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Liability

Our plumbers are trained and insured, and we take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for hidden defects in pipework we could not reasonably have known about, or for loss caused by delays outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
